About Subscription Price Monitor
Subscription Price Monitor is a global digital price intelligence platform. We compare what the same subscription, app or game costs in different countries, so you can understand regional pricing.
How prices are collected
- Open data. Our base dataset is the OpenTheRank Global App Store Price Index, published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. Each imported price keeps its original store listing URL and check date.
- Editorial verification. Our editors add and re-verify prices manually or by CSV import, from official pricing pages and store listings.
- Official APIs when a provider offers one. We do not scrape websites aggressively, and we respect robots.txt, terms of use and rate limits.
Every price shows its source, its last verification date and a status: 🟢 verified (≤ 30 days), 🟡 needs review, 🔴 outdated (> 90 days). Prices marked Demo data are placeholders and never presented as real prices.
How currencies are converted
The original local price is always stored and displayed. For comparison, it is converted to US dollars with a stored exchange rate (units per USD) whose date is shown on each country page. Rates are refreshed daily. You can display converted prices in another currency with the selector in the header.
Price index
The country index compares identical plans (same product, plan, billing period and platform) with the United States and takes the median difference (US = 100). Details are on the price index page.

Prices, taxes and availability change. Always confirm the final price at checkout and read the service's terms.
